Terms and Conditions

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt of purchase. Goods returned for refund must be in their original packaging and unused. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns and must first obtain authorisation to return goods from our sales team. Providing the goods are in a re-sable condition, a refund will be given less any initial carriage charge.

Non-stock items, which have been specially ordered, may have to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and report. Carriage charges and any re-stocking charges will be deducted from the total refund value.

Fabricated goods cannot be returned unless proved to be faulty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. These conditions apply to all contracts for the Sale of Goods entered into by SDS (london) Limited
  2. Orders sent to addresses within the normal delivery area (Mainland UK) will be despatched if carriage paid by our own transport or designated carrier, subject to any minimum order value. Consignments despatched by any other means will be subject to carriage/post and packaging charges and no liability will be accepted by SDS (london) Limited in cases of non-delivery, loss or damage in transit. SDS (London) Limited does not provide, nor offer to provide, losses in transit insurance cover.
  3. Goods are supplied on the condition that where applicable the Manufacturers or Agents Conditions of sale shall be observed.
  4. Prices are those ruling at the date of order. Prices on our website are maintained daily and despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mis-priced. If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount.
