Wood door knobs suitable for mortice locks or rim locks.  The knobs are made from either ebony or rosewood and are supplied with brass roses available in either aged brass or polished nickel finish.  These wooden door knobs are unsprung with detachable roses making them suitable for mortice or rim locks.

Wooden mortice knobs are a more traditional style of door knob that typically come unsprung so would be required to be used with a medium duty lock/latch mechanism. These types of door knob can be used alongside a latch or locking mechanism, which is set within the door itself. Each pair of mortice door knobs come with removable roses and matching fixing screws.
