Incorporating unique hydraulic piston assembly offering a controlled rate of door closure together with an adjustable 'snap action' for overcoming the latch.

Fire test conducted in accordance with BSEN1634-1:2000 and BSEN163-1:1999 by Chiltern International Fire Ltd, test report CHILT/RS06118. Continuous in-house testing up to 500,000 cycles.

Proven suitable for use on a 50 kg door with a maximum opening angle of 100 degrees.
