SDS London Celebrates a Year of Employee Ownership and Crowns ‘EOT Employee of the Year 2024’
SDS London is proud to mark a full year since becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), a milestone that signifies our commitment to the people who make our business what it is. Since transitioning to an employee-owned model on 1st February 2024, SDS London has continued to thrive, reinforcing the values of teamwork, dedication, and shared success.
To celebrate this achievement, we introduced the ‘EOT Employee of the Year 2024’ award. An opportunity for all employees to recognise a fellow colleague who has gone above and beyond over the past 12 months.
A company-wide ballot was opened, and with an overwhelming consensus, we had a clear and well-deserved winner: Albert Elliott, our Showroom Supervisor.
Albert’s hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed by his peers. His commitment to providing outstanding service and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom has been invaluable. We couldn’t be happier to see his contributions recognised in such a meaningful way.
To honour both Albert and our first anniversary as an EOT, we took the entire SDS London team to a special celebration at AFC Wimbledon. Not only did we attend a thrilling match, but we also had the privilege of sponsoring the game ball.
Albert, as our ‘EOT Employee of the Year’, had the honour of walking onto the pitch - a well-earned moment in the spotlight for someone who truly embodies the spirit of SDS London.
